You could tell it was High Season.

But the overhead lights in parking garages, mess with the color red. :-(

Entryway, though fence... This house is said to have been rented by {click-->} Lillian Russell when she came to Saratoga Spgs. in the High Season of August, at the turn of the century.

View through the fence, at rear of above house's property... One part of a grape arbor {or perhaps some other vine}, which runs along the side of the back yard and across the back of it {above}. Perhaps in Lillian's day, she strolled there in the late afternoon... Before going in to dress for a dinner party...

Lilies and a "boo-boo"...

Silly me, I was backing up to get a good shot, and stepped in a low spot and... went "head over tea-kettle," as the saying goes. Landed on my elbow, as you can see.

Awesome "Dogs"!!!

Roadside sign... "Awesome Dogs"... At entrance to a parking lot for two businesses... A Hardware store and a Soda and Beverage store...

And here is the setup, for the "Awesome Dogs"... She offers Hot Dogs, 'Brats', sometimes Pulled Pork, soda, Saratoga Water... And they are good! :-)

She spends her summers here. And then packs up and goes down to Florida, to do the same thing there, in the winter months.

Of tiles, and bugs, and roses...

I was at the library this morning, and noticed {again} this effect, at the front. It's a sort of a mosaic of tiny chips of tile, I guess. On a lower level of the approach.

Perhaps depicting some of the topics, which are covered in books, on the library shelves.

Especially for Marvin. Not a great bug. But, it's a bug!!!! >,-) See! I can 'shoot' them, too. >,-))))
