I call this house 'The Lipton Tea House' because 45+ years ago, when we bought our corner drug store, we delivered meds to an old lady who lived there. And she was a Lipton Tea heiress. No matter who has owned it since, I still call it
the 'Lipton Tea House.' :-)
Yes, this too is a "Summer Cottage," which has been a year around residence for some time.
